Who needs ⇪ Caps lock anyway?
The so-called hyper-key is a remapping of caps lock to a combination of all modifier keys (⌃,⌥,⌘,⇧), enabling an additional layer of shortcuts.
This can be done using Karabiner Elements. includes an action to allow this.
